Since 1989.
In 1989, Vicki Pfeil moved to Jupiter, Florida to help Sid Miller open Miller's Fine Hardware. Within five years, she was its sole proprietor. Between 1994 and 2011, she expanded that showroom twice, added decorative lighting and tile to its collections, rose to the top of the industry, and was awarded "Showroom of the Year" by the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association.
In 2011, Miller's opened a second showroom in West Palm Beach, became Waterworks' exculsive purveyor between Vero Beach and the Palm Beaches, then moved to a larger showroom on Antique Row at the end of 2019.
In 2022, an overall rebranding strategy resulted in a new name: MH Fine Hardware. It differentiates MH Fine in the marketplace, it strengthens and evolves our unique identity, and it continues our growth. It's a reFINED aesthetic clearly defining who we are: Sophisticated. Professional. Stylish. Fashionable. Chic. Tasteful.

Our Team
Vicki Pfeil-Tousignant
President
Vicki grew up in the decorative plumbing and hardware business. Starting at a plumbing supply house in Sarasota, she worked her way up to a showroom manager for Sid Miller's business, buying the showroom in 1994. Vicki now owns two MH Fine Hardware showrooms – the original location in Jupiter and a second location in West Palm Beach’s Antique Row.
As a woman in a predominantly male industry, she never shied away from challenges. Vicki also gives back to the community by hosting events to benefit local organizations including Busch Wildlife Sanctuary, Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Chasin A Dream Foundation, and KidSanctuary Campus. Ken Waite
Managing Partner
After a decade working for an upscale home center chain, Ken joined one of the first exclusive decorative plumbing showrooms in the country, based in California. He was an integral component in growing the company from two locations to six and was fortunate to work with one of the best wholesale distribution companies in the industry. After a hiatus in a finance position so he could travel less and focus more on family, Ken joined the MH Fine team, returning to the industry he loves.
Erik Eberhardt
Sales Manager
Erik’s best described as driven, energetic, and personable. He’s been a core component of the MH Fine Hardware team since 2015, and enjoys helping clients realize their vision – first starting on paper and finishing as a piece of art. Erik’s professional yet approachable demeanor and organizational skills are a true asset to the MH Fine team. His positive attitude radiates to everyone around him. In his spare time, he enjoys activities that get his adrenaline pumping, then winding down with his family.
Miles Throckmorton
Project Manager/Purchasing
Miles has 20 years’ experience in the plumbing industry, where he’s held a variety of positions in warehousing, sales, and management. His attention to detail, passion for helping others, and ability to effectively problem solve has helped him create new procedures that increase MH’s efficiency. Born and raised in South Florida, Miles’ mother spent her career in the plumbing industry, he has a twin sister, older brother, and four nephews who likely appreciate his talent for doing voice impressions.
Lindsey Doneth
Executive Assistant
Lindsey graduated from University of Kentucky, with a degree in Marketing and International Business. She moved to Florida, finding herself in the world of decorative plumbing for the next 12 years, broadening her product knowledge to include cabinet and door hardware, lighting, and tile. Since becoming a mom to two amazing girls, Lindsey stepped back from the sales floor, working closely in administration and accounting with Vicki and Ken.
Cheryl Wendt
Sales Associate
Cheryl had a bi-coastal upbringing – first the East Coast, then coastal Southern California. The key to her 40 years of sales success is a commitment to building relationships. Cheryl moved to Florida in 2003, and by 2006 was working in fine plumbing. A Fine Arts major in college, Cheryl enjoys photography, painting, and drawing. She is usually found near the water, boating or relaxing by the pool with her puppies.
Jane Miller
Sales Associate
Jane started her career in the plumbing industry in 1985, working for a plumbing contractor. In 1988, she started working in sales in MH Fine Hardware’s sales showroom. Except when she stayed home with her children, Jane has been in showroom sales, working in MH Fine Hardware in Jupiter for the majority of her showroom sales career – over 15 years. Jane's all-time favorite concert was was seeing Elvis Presley when she was in high school.
Kathy Branca
Sales Associate
Kathy was born and raised in Connecticut, where she was very successful in plumbing industry sales for 18 years. Her kind, honest demeanor and good listening skills helped her build a loyal client following. Moving to Florida only two years ago, she enjoys meeting different people and establishing new relationships in her role at MH. Kathy has a husband of 38 years, two married sons, two grandsons, and a secret desire to become a famous clothing designer.
Lexie White
Sales Associate
Lexie grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Stockton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Her background in event planning/marketing in Atlantic City helped launch her sales career. She’s been in this industry for close to a decade and loves the diversity of her position at MH Fine Hardware -- because every day is different, and every project is unique.
Nancy Hines
Sales Associate
Nancy is a self-motivated critical thinker with several years of experience in sales and design. She recently moved to Florida from Colorado, where she designed custom high-end residential homes for a builder/developer. She’s learned that communication in this industry is key and enjoys creating new client relationships in her newfound role at MH Fine. When Nancy’s not loving on her two cats, she enjoys bowling and trying out new restaurants.
Robert Pritchard
Sales Associate
Born and raised in New York, Robert has lived in Florida for nine years. He began his career in the food and beverage industry, and arriving here, he soon became the Dining Room Manager at Sailfish Marina and later, Food & Beverage Manager at Eastpointe Country Club, helping raise thousands of dollars for various charities through fishing and golf tournaments. Best described as loyal, honest, and funny, Robert loves to paint, play basketball, and spend time with his wife and house full of pets (two dogs and six cats).
Chris Trelles
Sales Associate
A Florida native, Chris comes to MH with 16 years’ experience in the kitchen/bath industry. Described as loyal, dependable, and conscientious, he believes communication is key and building long-term relationships takes work but is worth the effort. He loves helping MH’s clients create their ideal space and lending creative options to do so. A business management major with a minor in music business, he also co-founded and operated two music producing and recording businesses after college. He’s happiest surrounded by friends and family, watching football, and attending stand-up comedy shows and live-music events.
Susan Craft
Sales Associate
Born and raised outside Philadelphia, Susan obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gettysburg College. As a former realtor, she attributes her success to the art of active listening and excellent client service. Her approach revolves around the tenets of honesty, integrity, and kindness, which she brings to her collaborations with MH Fine’s Design/Build community. Susan’s passionate about home design (she renovated multiple kitchens and baths), fashion, exquisite food, and craft cocktails. She also appreciates a good sense of humor.
Denise Joyce
Inventory Control/Display
Striving for excellence in client relations and company efficiency, Denise makes every effort to achieve the highest standards. She has almost a decade in the plumbing industry with MH Fine Hardware in addition to 25+ years working in manufacturing, operations, and project management. Denise is motivated by a positive attitude and is constantly seeking means to improve herself professionally, personally, and spiritually. Any problem becomes a welcomed challenge to successfully overcome with humor and compassion.
Mark Peoples
Warehouse/Delivery Driver
Described as honest, trustworthy, and loyal, Mark is a true asset to MH. He enjoys working with the other team members and loves a good challenge – including delivering 820-pound bathtubs! His favorite project was when he worked on expanding our receiving area. Mark is a father of three – including a set of twins. He’s also passionate about his four grandchildren, fishing, and hopes to eventually catch “the largest snook or bass on the planet!”
Maxine May
Warehouse
A Jupiter native, Maxine comes from a fun-loving family full of Southern hospitality. A witty, intelligent, and dependable introvert, she enjoys managing MH’s warehouse and working with the team. Her prior experience is just as diverse as her passions at both the police and culinary academies. Maxine is enthusiastic about cooking, crafting, listening to music, and reading. If she wins the lotto, you can catch her around town driving an “Eleanor” 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. Or maybe not.
Paula Malone
Receptionist
Originally from Kansas City, Paula is a new Florida resident who is best described as funny, loving, and curious. As a former massage therapist, she believes you’re never done learning and enjoys her newfound role at MH Fine. She loves working at MH because it’s “a company with integrity” and is passionate about helping its clients through the immeasurable power of teamwork. She raises butterflies, loves to fish, and can catch any frog, toad, or lizard by hand.
Shelia Register
Assistant Sales & Operations Manager
Shelia started working at MH when she was just 19, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry through a variety of positions. She then decided to further her education, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business and a master’s degree in Health Care Administrative Management. We couldn’t be happier she’s now back at MH handling client services, co-project management, and sales support/assistance. Shelia is hardworking, outgoing, and dedicated to all things in her life – especially her two boys and career at MH.
Victoria Lawrence
Accounting/Operations Manager
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Berea College in Kentucky, Victoria worked in both the public and private sectors for non-profit and for-profit organizations, where she gained 20 years of experience in accounting and human resources. Besides her passion for numbers, she enjoys reading a good novel by the ocean or poolside, baking, and finding beauty in everyday life through her photography.
